Há 36 anos um grupo de 10 empresáriosacreditou em Chopinzinho e na comunicação através do Rádio. EricoSchneider, Carlos Francisco Cenci, José Scarmucin, VicenteRaichert, Pedro Somenzi, Libório Forlin, Natal Hilário Docena,Vicente Mucke Jr., Ironi Bordin, Alcides Zolett.Após idas e vindas a Curitiba e Brasília, no dia 12 de outubrode 1978, a Rádio Chopinzinho Ltda entrava no ar em caráterexperimental, operando na faixa de 1580 KHZ com 1 kw de potência.No dia 12 de novembro daquele mesmo ano, a emissora estreava suaprogramação, cujo alguns programas estão no ar até hoje.No início foram muitas as dificuldades, mas aos poucos foiganhando seu espaço. O município de Chopinzinho estava bem servido,pois a Rádio atingia todas as comunidades. Porém a região não tinhao privilégio de sintonizar com perfeição a freqüência 1580.Com o objetivo de apostar no sudoeste paranaense que o novoinvestimento, desta vez bem mais ousado, foi colocado em prática: oaumento da potência de 1 para 5 mil vats. E assim foi feito. No anode 1982 com o aumento da potência houve também a troca defreqüência que passou de 1580 para 780 khz e que permanece atéhoje.A Rádio Chopinzinho possui hoje no quadro de sócios LibórioForlin, Erico Schneider, Ronnie Bordin e Carlos Francisco Cenci. Foi uma novidade nomeiojunino, pois até então ninguém imaginava uma rádio doseguimentojunino, uma rádio que tocasse somente musicas juninas.E com o passar o do tempo, a audiência só foi aumentando,etivemos a necessidade de profissionalizar, foi quando alugamosonosso primeiro streaming, que era o “Host”.
